A short training window with multiple focused classes covering different aspects of the game. Each session is designed to help players learn the skill, drill the skill, and translate the skill into live basketball situations.

The Hoop Lab Skill Series gives players the opportunity to focus on specific areas of the game through structured training sessions designed to build skill, confidence, and game application.
Players looking for focused development in key basketball skills such as ball handling, shooting, finishing, and footwork.

All sessions run Fridays from 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Control, pace, rhythm, pressure moves, and confidence with the basketball.
Mechanics, shot preparation, rhythm shooting, and consistency.
Scoring moves, finishing through contact, and offensive creativity.
Movement patterns, balance, pivoting, and strong basketball fundamentals.
Decision making, pace control, leadership, and advanced guard play.
Mobility work to prepare the body for training.
Movement and rhythm work to activate basketball skills.
Teaching the concepts and mechanics behind the skill focus.
Applying the skill in competitive, game-like situations.
