Hoop Lab Mitchell County Academy

Structured. Competitive. Purposeful Development.

A satellite Hoop Lab training program designed to help middle school and high school athletes build confidence, basketball IQ, and game-ready skills throughout the summer and into the fall season in a structured competitive environment.

Program Overview

The Hoop Lab Mitchell County Academy is a partnership between The Hoop Lab and Mitchell County Parks & Recreation. This program provides high-quality basketball development in a small-group setting with only 10 athletes per session.

Running from June through late September, the academy gives athletes a consistent opportunity to improve skills, confidence, basketball IQ, and game concepts that translate directly to competition.

Monday

  • 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM | Middle School Boys
  • 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM | Middle School Girls
  • 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM | High School Co-Ed

Thursday

  • 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM | High School Boys
  • 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM | High School Girls
  • 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM | Middle School Co-Ed
