
Our Weekly skill sessions are catered toward ball handling, shooting, down hill attacks, finishing, and competitive play. Players can sign up for classes at a maximum of 10 players per class. Workouts will start at 6:15am and will last 30 to 45 minutes with a focus on volume reps that translate to their seasons. It is not our intent to over work our players but to make sure they are staying on top of their skills so that they may contribute to their teams. This program aligns with our Hoop Lab Full Membership but we will leave this program open for others to register.
