Hoop Lab Spring Training Season
Our Spring training season is meant for players to continue to develop and hone their skills during the Spring while preparing for their respective seasons or leagues. This season will offer:
-2+ Complimentary classes, clinic, training days per week
-Strength and Conditioning
-Online Training Access
Season Duration: March 6- June 1 (12 weeks)
Age: 3rd thru 12th grade

Weekly classes run an hour weekly that has a specific focus on the topic at hand catered to the players age. Topics will be ball handling, shooting, dynamic moves, finishes, footwork and foundation, movement without the ball, speed training, and much more!
This program focuses on a more holistic approach towards developing our players. We comprise and teach several relevant topics that aim to create a more well rounded and complete player.
Our players will have the opportunity to compete in our showcases and combines that we host and promote. We believe that keeping a healthy balance of training and competition helps a player see the fruition of their hard work or the development they still need to continue.
