Our Fall Training Season aids players to continue the development of their skills during the Fall. This season will offer: -Complimentary classes, clinic, training days per week (ages 8-18) -Day Camps -Sunday Skill Classes -Weekend Clinics -Strength and Conditioning -Life skill work shops (Nutrition, Academic Accountability, Spirituality) -Access to Online Training Season Duration: Nov-Jan Yearly members do not have to sign up. |
Day Camps
It is our primary aim to teach new skills in fundamentally sound basketball and to improve student athlete's abilities in the finer points of basketball. We ensure a better practical understanding and application of the basis of modern day basketball (on both offense and defense) for every individual attending the basketball school. For this season we will have several camps and the emphasis will be heavily placed on sportsmanship, leadership and competition. Skill Classes
Elite guard Training aka PG prep This program focuses on teaching and understanding the tools needed to be an efficient point guard. From ball handling, court vision, leadership and character, we try to help each player become better floor generals. Program Details/Age Groups: For Grades 4-12 Advanced Ball Handling This program forms and develops the players ability to read and react to circumstances created by defensive sets. We create scenarios catered to game like situations forcing them to use the different attacks and finishing techniques based from our curriculum. Program Details/Age Groups: For Grades 4-12 Shooting School This program focuses on mechanics, form, and functionality of shooting in repetitive form. Shooting school focuses on gaining muscle memory within form and building consistency within your shot. Not only are we teaching you how to make shots, we are training you how and what it takes to make shots in tough situations. Our weekday skill clinics will usually be on most Mondays and some Thursdays and Fridays (check calendar for clarity). This program focuses on a more holistic approach towards developing our players. The focus will be on offensive and defensive concepts but also on challenging each players mindsets so that they out of their comfort zone. We comprise and teach several relevant topics that aim to create a more well rounded and complete player. |
