The Hoop B&B and Day Trial Experience

The Hoop B&B Experience is 24/7 access to NBA Trainer John Williams along with his resources meant to give you a blue print of how to properly prepare yourself to play basketball at an elite level.  This program will cater to High School, Collegiate, and professional players.  The experienced gives players access to:
  • Nutritional Plans, how to prepare meals, where to look, and when to fuel
  • A world renowned Strength and Conditioning plan catering to the sport and position
  • A skill evaluation that will lead to a concentrated plan that enhances your strengths, and improve on player weaknesses
  • One on one yoga instruction as well as a dynamic yoga plan
  • Myofacial Tissue Therapy
  • Massage Therapy
  • High Altitude and Elevation Training
  • Mental Conditioning
  • Custom Player Development Plans
  • Film breakdown and study sessions
Where?
Players will stay or meet in coach Williams' compound in Spruce Pine, North Carolina.  The location is prime due to limited distractions and outdoor high elevation training if weather permits.   Our workouts and sessions will be all over the Western Carolina Region some places will be remote and off the grid.

Why?
We live in a time where it is more accessible for players to educate themselves on how they can reach peak performance every time they step on the floor.  This program serves as an education platform that helps players to formulate a routine that presents higher percentages of success on and off the court.  As a former professional athlete, I was able to gain access to a program similar to this one that I wish I would have been able to receive and learn earlier in my career.  This program will give you all the tools to build whatever you would like with the knowledge and resources presented by our coaches and trainers.

Self Assessment Surveys
We will provide 3 surveys to better understand the player you are and the player you are looking to be, your eating preferences for nutritional plan and scheduled meals, and a strength conditioning and wellness survey for workouts and recovery plans.  Upon completion of registration, these surveys will be presented. 

Mock Itinerary
These Itineraries change and are adjusted to each particular player.
  • 5:00am - Wake, Fuel, and Stretch
  • 5:45am - Cardio Workout
  • 6:30am - Cool Down, Foundation Therapy
  • 7:00am - Fuel and Rest
  • 9:00am - High Intensity Ball Handling Circuit
  • 10:00am - Cool Down, Film Breakdown, and Fuel
  • 11:00am - Shooting Regiment
  • 12:00pm - Cool Down and Fuel
  • 1:00pm - Strength, Conditioning, Speed & Agility Workout
  • 3:00pm - Yoga Session
  • 4:00pm - Read and React Skill Session
  • 5:00pm - Rest, Cool Down, and Massage Therapy
  • 6:00pm - Fuel
  • 7:00pm - Film breakdown with C.A.L.M. Therapy
  • 8:00pm - Lights Out
