Weekday Skill Development
Dates: June 15 – August 16 (Except July 3–6)
Monday & Wednesday: Boys
Tuesday & Thursday: Girls
Youth: 5:00–6:00 PM
Middle School: 6:00–7:00 PM
High School: 7:00–8:00 PM
Training sessions are organized by age group and designed to build skills progressively throughout the summer.
Sunday Skill Development
Dates: June 15 – August 16
Time: 2:00–3:30 PM
Age Groups: All groups combined
Extended Sunday session focused on advanced skill work, decision-making, and competitive development.
Summer Camp
Dates: Weekly June 15 – August 16 (See week-by-week list above)
Days: Monday–Friday
Time: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Eligibility: Ages 10 and up
Capacity: Limited to 10 athletes per week
Daily training + competitive play. Weekly enrollment is based on the week-by-week dates listed above.
Open Gym
Schedule: First Saturday of each month
Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Eligibility: Grades 5 and up
Open gym dates will be posted on the Hoop Lab calendar for exact monthly weekends.
Boot Camp
Schedule: Last Saturday of each month
Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Eligibility: Grades 5 and up
