As a representative of our Team Carolina program we pride ourselves on our coaches and what they bring to the table to create outstanding young men and women.  We expect our coaches to go above and beyond the call of X's and O's and appreciate their dedication and buy in to our program.  This form helps cover the expenses accrued from an average season coached by one of our coaches to make sure they are accounted for.
