The Winter Program is a program that creates several opportunities for players to stay consistent in the gym with quality instruction.  Players will have the ability to take advantage of all of the programs below with the Fall Program Membership.  Players who are a part of this membership will also have the eligibility to play with our club teams if selected.  This program is meant to prepare our players transitioning into the basketball season this Winter.

Training Days "Work Days"

Times: Wednesdays/Fridays 6pm-9pm (each class lasts 1hr)
Ages 8 and Up
Description: This program is designed to teach Advanced Skills in an intensified training environment. Players are challenged to go beyond their comfort level combining skills training with cardio, strength and power emphasis. Incorporated into each training session is Ball Handling, Shooting, Core, Verta-Strength, Verta-Skill and Speed Training.

HOLIDAY DAY CAMPS

Times: 9am-4pm
Ages: 8 and Up
Start Date: Holidays/ Weekend (Thanksgiving, Christmas session 1, Christmas Session 2, and MLK Camp)
Availability: 20 spots available for the Winter.  More slots may be allotted once we have been cleared for phase 3
​Description: It is our primary aim to teach new skills in fundamentally sound basketball and to improve student athlete's abilities in the finer points of basketball. We ensure a better practical understanding and application of the basis of modern day basketball (on both offense and defense) for every individual attending the basketball school. It is our desire not only to develop the high school and college players of tomorrow, but to help all our campers acquire the important ideals of good sportsmanship, leadership and citizenship.

SUNDAY SKILL CLASSES

Times: Sundays 3pm-6pm
Ages 8 and Up
Start Date: December
Only 10 spots available per class.  More slots may be allotted once we have been cleared for phase 3
Description:  Comprised of an individual class per hour, our Sunday classes have their own individual registrations.  The focal classes being held this Spring will be Advanced Ball Handling(3pm), Point Guard Academy(4pm), and Shooting school(5pm).  Each link regarding each class will go in depth on how each class is constructed.

Open Gym

Our Open Gyms will be available on Saturdays giving our Winter members the ability to compete in a structured environment enveloped around growth and competition.  Open gym is free flowing with a proctored coach in attendance to keep the game and its integrity at a constant high.  Players will be encouraged to work on a lesson that they may have learned earlier in the week, compete and play particular games, have free throw and shooting contest etc.  This option really is for our players to experiment and work on their games in a judge free environment.
